Ian Santos is the Founder of I.M.S. Training Consultancy Services (IMS Learning and Consulting), which aims to I-Inspire, and M- Motivate sales teams, leaders and professionals to S- Succeed!

He is also the Founder and Chief Sales Sensei of the Institute of Sales, focused on elevating the sales profession in the country to world-class levels.

With over three decades of experience in sales, leadership and global training roles at companies like Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, GSK and Sanofi, Ian is a highly respected leader in his field.

He is a Global Master Trainer, ranked No.10 on the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn 2023, and a co-creator of the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn initiative.

He initiated the first ever cross-industry, cross-level search for the top sales professionals in the country – SALES 50: The Philippines’ Top People In Sales.
